Qualiopi Mutual Support Group meeting, 6th November 2024

Qualiopi Audits
– Upcoming Audits: Alison, Margherita, and Greg have upcoming audits. Alison’s is scheduled for next Tuesday, Greg’s on the 26th of November, and Margherita’s on the 27th of November.

– Alison expressed concerns about the number of files to prepare and the selection process for audit files.

Greg appropriately commented that this is something of a “grey area”!

Subcontracting and Compliance
– Margherita shared insights from a friend who was audited, emphasizing the need for subcontractors to ensure their processes are followed by those subcontracting them.

Future Meetings and Social Events
– The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 4th, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, to accommodate Marie’s schedule.
– Greg mentioned the upcoming get-together in honour of Claire, in Paris, on Friday 15th November, which Marjorie plans to attend, travelling up from the Cotes d’Armor!
